They have been designed and manufactured for specific function and superior performance; each piece has a UNIQUE PURPOSEOne of Rösle's superb kitchen tools, this utility knife is particularly welcome during breakfast and lunch. Its 4-inch blade is serrated for slicing rolls and thin-skinned fruits and vegetables, such as peaches and tomatoes, and broad for handling sandwich spreads. Like all Rösle tools, utensils, and Open Kitchen storage components, the knife is made of 18/10 stainless steel for rustproof beauty and long-lasting durability. The blade is polished to a mirror finish. The handle has a satin finish to conceal finger marks and is round to suit both right- and left-handers. It's sealed against water and has a hanging ring so the knife can be conveniently stored on a hook in Rösle's Open Kitchen system of basic rails and Gridwalls or hung on any hook or peg.
