Have been looking for a cheese knife for over a year since the handle broke on my old one. This is a great cheese knife. It is solidly constructed so I am not worried about the handle breaking again. It cuts through cheese without sticking. It is very good looking. It was not the cheapest knife available on Amazon, but definitely worth the extra money. Also love Amazon Prime, which is a great deal if you live in an area where there is limited shopping.

One of Rosle's superb kitchen tools, this 11-inch cheese knife slices and serves medium-hard cheeses like Emmentaler and Cheshire. The 6-inch blade has a wavy, serrated edge to neatly slice a cheese all the way through, and the blade curves up sharply to become a prong tip for spearing and serving the slice. Holes in the broad blade prevent cheese slices from sticking. Like all Rosle tools, utensils, and Open Kitchen storage components, this cheese knife is made of 18/10 stainless steel for rustproof beauty and long-lasting durability. The round handle has a satin finish to conceal finger marks. The handle is sealed against water and has a hanging ring so the cheese knife can be conveniently stored on a hook in the Open Kitchen system of Rosle basic rails and Gridwalls or hung on any hook or peg. The cheese knife is sturdy, balanced, and exceptionally comfortable in the hand.
